Kriya is an active synthesis of breath, visualization, mental focus, repetition, discipline, internal alchemy, a good nature, and posture to internalize our awareness. In contrast to a passive approach, which also has its place, kriya charges and directs the current of your mind and breath, which keeps you engaged as you ride it into a deeper centering of presence. read more

A Naga is a subtle elemental entity with a predominance of watery, somewhat spacious essence who resides primarily within the subtle dimensions of our earth. In such kingdoms reside individuals ranging from relative beginners to masters of almost incomprehensible development expressing through all levels of creation in an enlightened continuum. ... and here we come back to my earlier statement of Nagas having a predominance towards the water element. read more

It is vital that people interested in becoming an initiate/practitioner within this Eternal Earth School understand the importance of living on Sacred ground with awareness. Many of the Earth’s Sacred Temples that have stood for tens of thousands of years as places of prayer/activation/healing/transmission have now become places where ordinary unenlightened people come to build housing developments and tourist spots, and no spiritual preparation is asked of them, no spiritual education given before they enter into these Sacred grounds. read more

Another student here asked me, “So how did you find out about Sacred Mountain?” Of course, it is a story of synchronicity. It is very clear that each step of each journey that has led me to Sacred Mountain has a Divinely organized blueprint. Upon replaying these sequences of events, it easy to see and feel the strong currents of overlighting Guidance that have woven together this sacred tapestry of Destiny. Yes, it feels like an unavoidable pre-ordained connection that has precipitated my arrival at the doorstep of Virochana and Shantara. read more

Christmas time for us has always been a sacred time. It is for us a time to leave mass consciousness and go within to receive the spiritual blessings that abound.Christmas is the end of another yearly episode and the moment of shifting into the incoming renewal. It is an opportune time to view ones lifestream and consciously invite the blessings of perception and determination to change that which needs to change so as one can continue to move forwards stronger than ever before with spiritual integration in the physical challenges. read more

Included in the family of the Ascended Masters who are of the ONE body-mind-heart there is the cosmic couple AraMu and Meru. Mu is the feminine and Meru the Masculine. I have always called her Mu though she is also called Aramu or Amaru. Mu and Meru are great cosmic masters who oversaw many events on our Earth from the time of Lemuria. I have been with them many times on our Earth and refer to them as my Mother and Father. I first became fully conscious of their presence and light in my life when Meru appeared to me in my home when I was approximately 14 years of age. read more

Eternal Yoga, a term given to me at the end of a winter retreat in the Himalayas, is a set of practices where we go above our head to discover our eternal nature beyond conceptualization and individuality, while at the same time increasing our individual definition. This brings forth a conscious continuum where we know for ourselves what is our spirit, our soul, and the weaving into our embodiment. read more

A potent and vital side of a person’s spiritual nature is idealism, manifesting strongly through childhood into young adult hood. Though idealism often bursts forth without the wisdom of experience, it is sourced from the perfection of the light that believes in the higher divine dreams where ones highest potential and awareness is stimulated from. This dreamtime, is often veiled by unenlightened energies, and becomes difficult to recall most of the time when one is caught up in mundane daily existence, without enlightened parents, meditation or an exceptional spiritual destiny. read more

Most of us reading this journal are more or less engaged in a spiritual practice, such as meditation, which as it becomes a daily practice is formally called sadhana. However, despite the best of intentions, there is often dramatic variations of clarity over the days, such that sometimes it is just like starting again from scratch. I will share some tips to better carry forth a momentum from one sitting to the next, and in the process develop a greater integration... read more

One of the Great Blessings of Crestone and our backyard from Sacred Mountain Retreat, in Colorado, is that it is truely Heaven for horses, NO fences and endless miles of wilderness, freedom to just to get on your horse and ride!! Great sand, dirt and trails along and up the mountains, by the rivers, and thru the Aspen's, pines, pinons, and neighborhood dirt roads. So few people and ssoo much quiet space.
Yoga is communion, the linking of spirit and matter, body soul, connected to the wholeness of Great Mother's body, air water fire plants soil, all her life abundant everlasting and a gift to us HUman. The best temple for meditation is your own body. Trying to hear inner words, trying to see a light, are all examples of disconnection. You already know what the aliveness of your heart feels like, and a quiet attention without words. Cultivate these qualities through the sense, “Today I will go deeper.” Deeper is not a manipulation of thoughts, Rather, it is an activation of the heart – love. It is truth, this is it. It is not thinking I will move my arm, it is actually moving my arm. It is multidimensional. It is the spark and ecstasy of your spirit, softened into love, then loved into ecstasy in an endless dance. read more

When I used to meditate within the Earth, I would find there a body of mine, seated, in trance, Shiva-like, eyes always closed, inwardly absorbed—conscious and self-defined but not actively engaged; non-participatory. This changed four years ago when I journeyed to the Peruvian Andes. In the grace of timing and surrender, my subtle body opened into a wider, more vibrant becoming. Experiences I had had a hundred times in mental and buddhic bodies—of vastness, of simultaneity, of multiplicity, of seeing-by-being—became fused to the substance of physical awareness. And eventually, after much taunting by Parvati, that Shiva-body opened its eyes… read more

In Ati yoga, the first level of transformation is toward the rainbow body. It is working with the essence of the five elements and the knowledge of your primordial nature. Many yogis have reached such a realization. Then we have the great transfer that only a few yogis, such as Guru Rimpoche and Vimalamitra, have realized. Vallalar’s realization is a little different but the base is the same: realize and be in your primordial state, express the Compassion emanating from your real nature, and be open to receive the Grace Light. This is working with the white and golden lights. read more

My journey coming to Sacred Mountain Retreat was anticipated for over a year. I arrived to be very welcomed and felt immediately at home, a sense of belonging with excitement and profound calmness. The energy of Crestone was like nothing I had felt before and I was honored that I was able to be present within this wonderful landscape, the Masters and Dragons who had a watchful eye over the valley. During my stay I hoped to awaken my spirit and find out who I was and what that would mean for me to participate in this life. Where was my journey going to take me? I could only hope that my time was well spent here, making the most of what I needed to address and learn. read more

My initial tantric initiation took me to a place where I was far removed from the everyday dramas of other people. My goal in life to be liberated from the wheel of birth and death set me on a very alone journey to self-mastery. This has been for me one of the greatest blessings of the tantric path. We are all faced with an opportunity. For those attuned to the new energy, a tremendous blessing to grow and evolve in harmony with the quickening of the Earth's evolution is available. Although not outwardly obvious, the power dynamic on this planet is shifting. It is truly a time for practitioners and those who know this as their Home. It is time for a healing with the Feminine to occur, and a time for all to reconnect with Mother Nature, and to live in harmony with her natural laws. With this increased energetic support there is an equally strong need to actively participate in this shift. read more

The term retreat, understood within the limited framework of social consciousness, is not what I am addressing here. The retreat I am here to share about is not a publicly known retreat, open to the masses, to do morning yoga sets and spend some time away from the world to unwind, later to return refreshed and ready for more. No, this retreat represents much more, and one can merely attempt to describe the indescribable with words. read more

The planetary tantric school is one of the original forms of the ascended consciousness on this Earth. Its origins are held in the universal wisdom of the eternal light. It is truly a magical time that is upon us. This feeling/knowing is shared by many, and is a common thread uniting beings from various cultures and spiritual disciplines. It is a window into the Inevitable Coming Together. The rapid evolution and cleansing of the Earth is obviously engaged, with a sense of much more to come. Virochana says we are in the calm before the storm. This rings true to me, growing louder every day, almost moment to moment, as the lessons/completions happening within me and around me are exponential; a profound ground of opportunity for rapid awakening. To the uninitiated, the world reflects turmoil, chaos, and a lack of hope. To the practitioner, this chaos is surely recognized, but paralleling the current of PERFECTION. As the old paradigm crumbles, the Forever True flowers into being, its obviousness fragrant of a joy that laughs for no reason at all. read more

Tantra is a complete spiritual path that culminates in liberation and transcendence of all that limits us as human beings. Tantra is the existence of manifest creation itself. To be able to hold our personal energy and at the same time to blend totally with another field of consciousness and energy knowing that all is One, this is tantra. This becomes a dance between the form and formless, and we could not exist without it. Yet seldom is this magic used in a conscious way. read more

On asking those who come to us,'what is it that they spiritually want?' The most common answer is enlightenment. When asked, “Do you know what enlightenment is, is it something you have tasted or known?” Most are not sure. Some are inspired by something they have felt while reading, or a beautiful meditative experience, or a depth they sense within their soul. Some will connect it to an emotion they have experienced such as peace, unconditional love, being full of light, a concept of liberation, spiritual power, or an experience of oneness in the circle of life. Even if the understanding is outwardly vague, many know they want it, and will prioritize their life to discover what this vague notion of enlightenment is, for they want a greater experience of it. read more

A poem with commentary. As we refine ourselves through a daily practice, purifying the elements of what we are made of and loosening the individual identity, we gradually become more sensitive to the currents of life of which we are made and the relationships within that.
